a good gaming laptop/desktop (either one)?

What’s a good gaming laptop that can play most modern games (more specifically, fallout 3, and mass effect 2), i don’t mind a small screen (above 14″ or close to it please!), and i would prefer a laptop, but desktops are okay too. Also, if possible, name a cheap one.

Alienware has extreme gaming performance desktops and laptops.
