iPad 3G or WiFi-only?

I have an iPhone 4 right now and will en buying an iPad next week. My question is: should I buy the iPad with 3G or without it. I already have an iPhone so I’m thinking that it might be overkill having two plans. Do you think I will be better off with the 3G model. Also, would 16gb be sufficient for apps? I don’t think I will put my 19gb of music on there but I’m not sure if 16 would be enough for some games and a couple videos.
