Apple iPad 3G question…?
I will be buying an iPad when it’s released. I plan on using it in my home with wireless N WiFi (AirPort Extreme). I know the iPad will have 3G capability. My question is, will I be able to use the AT&T data plan if I’m not in a 3G coverage area? If so, I might wait till the 3G version comes out. Thanx.
iPad 3G model will get internet over AT&T’s 3G but it comes with a charge of $30/month. There is another cheaper plan for $15/month but it has restriction of 250 MB which is good for those who rarely go out of Wi-Fi area and want to use AT&T hotspot.
I will be waiting for 3G model and I will take$15/m plan because I just wanna use Hot Spot.
If you are not in 3G coverage area how would AT&T data plan work? But AT&T 3G network is available almost everywhere.
If you are not in 3G coverage area, still you will get internet over EDGE.
